 Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, is perhaps the defining moment in Brazilian life. Carnival street parties are all about samba. Hundreds of fancy dogs and a few cats, stepped in style at the Rio's annual pet-friendly parade. Labradors were dressed in pink, Maltese terriers had fairy wings, and poodles wore superheroes' capes.
